We’re partial to our sunny spot in Florida, which is experiencing a real upswing in nightlife, shopping and dining, so here are a few specific reasons to rent a home in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida.
The public parks are amazing….many of them are right along the water, so you can see dolphins, sailboats and giant pelicans while you walk, play beach volleyball, or romp on a playground. You can check out all of the city’s parks here.
The Saturday Morning Farmers’ Market in downtown St. Petersburg is a vibrant gathering spot for the community. There are all manner of handicrafts, tropical plants, local foods and live music. Read more about it on their website.

The unique stores, like the Craftsman House (for beautiful, locally-made pottery), the Beach Drive Papery, and The Shop for cool clothes.
